Scope

This policy governs every email domain and every website operated by Di Rezze Family Office. It applies to direzzefamilyoffice.com and to each of the following domains, all of which resolve to the Di Rezze Family Office website:

The nature of Di Rezze Family Office correspondence

Di Rezze Family Office sends individually addressed business correspondence to named professional contacts in the special purpose acquisition company and private capital market. Each message is composed for a specific recipient and a specific business matter. Correspondence is not sent in bulk, is not sent to distribution lists, and is not sent to addresses collected indiscriminately.

Outbound correspondence carries no promotional content for these websites. Messages contain no links, no web addresses and no marketing material of any kind. The purpose of every message is the business matter it names, not traffic to a website.

How contacts are identified

Di Rezze Family Office identifies contacts through established business data providers. Contacts are requested on a per-company basis, for named individuals whose professional role is relevant to a specific business matter, rather than acquired as bulk lists.

Di Rezze Family Office does not buy, rent, trade or sell email address lists.

Third parties

No employee, contractor, agent, affiliate or other third party is authorised to promote the websites listed above, or any Di Rezze Family Office service, by unsolicited bulk message. Authorisation to send on behalf of Di Rezze Family Office is conditional on compliance with this policy and is withdrawn on breach.

All outbound mail is sent directly from Di Rezze Family Office accounts hosted on Google Workspace. No bulk mail platform, marketing relay or outside sending service is used.

Removal requests

Any recipient who asks to receive no further correspondence is removed. A reply to the message is sufficient and no particular wording is required. Requests may also be sent to info@direzzefamilyoffice.com.

Removal requests are honoured promptly and the address is recorded so that it is not contacted again from any domain listed in this policy.

Authentication of Di Rezze Family Office mail

Every domain listed above publishes SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, with DMARC set to a quarantine policy. Mail that genuinely originates from Di Rezze Family Office can therefore be verified, and mail that forges these domains can be identified and quarantined by the receiving system.
